Our PACE nurses can help you with assessing your symptoms, answering health questions, providing guidance for illnesses or injuries and even answer questions about medications. Our team is here to help.
3Is the Nurse Line available after business hours?
Yes. The Central Valley PACE Nurse Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Call the Nurse Line if you have:

  • Cough
  • Headache
  • Drop or spike in Blood Pressure
  • Change in vision
  • Fall without injury
  • Diarrhea or stomach issues

  • Severe chest pain
  • Sudden slurring of speech
  • Sudden inability to talk
  • One-sided weakness of arm, leg or face
  • Ongoing seizure or convulsions
